Product Warranty Policy
Limited Product Warranty
PFT warrants that the Product, in the course of its normal use, will be free
from defects in workmanship and/or materials and for the Warranty Period indicated
below. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results
from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized
disassembly, modification, neglect, alteration, acts of nature, problems with
electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, or improper
installation or repairs made by anyone other than PFT or PFT-authorized third-party
service provider.
The Limited Warranty commences from the purchase date appearing on the original
invoice issued by PFT. Proof of Purchase (ie. Copy of the Invoice) may be
required for warranty claim on certain product lines.

Warranty Claim Procedure
Step 1: Fill in the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
form
Customer has to fill in the RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) Form.
Step 2: Email or fax the completed RMA form to PFT
After completing the RMA form, customer has to return the RMA form to PFT
either by fax (fax number +852-2422-2511) or by email (rma@pft.com.hk).
Step 3: PFT acknowledges the receipt of RMA form by
giving a RMA number
Upon receipt of the RMA form, PFT will acknowledge the customer by giving
a RMA number.
Step 4: Ship the defective Product to PFT
After receiving the RMA number, customer shall ship the defective Product
to PFT. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured, and
packed properly to prevent damage. Returns
must be accompanied with the valid RMA number.
Step 5: PFT repairs the defective Product
After receiving the returns, PFT will repair or exchange or refund for the
defective product whichever PFT considers appropriate.
Step 6: PFT returns Product to customer
After fixing the returned Product, PFT will ship back the Product to customer.
Service Commitment
Authorized returns will be returned to customers with the following service
commitment.

* Days for RMA completion start from receipt of returns at
PFT to delivery of returns from PFT. The service commitment applies for lot
size less than 10 pieces in a single return.
